Any return for faulty workmanship is indeed rare. We are so confident that you will be delighted with our cushions that we guarantee the quality of our workmanship and that’s why we are prepared to take back at our shipping cost (at no cost to you)  cushion that is faulty and supply the replacement to you at our shipping cost (again, no cost to you). So you can understand that we can’t afford to send to you poor quality goods.

Processing Times:
Depending on the time of year processing times can vary. Busy times are April & May and September & October leading to Christmas. At these times order processing can be as much as 10 working days. At other times allow 5 working days.

FOR AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS:
Delivery Australia Wide:

Depending on your location, we deliver via COPE transport, FASTWAY couriers, Sendle or Australia Post.

For East Coast Australia Capital Cities allow 3 business days for delivery in addition to the Order Processing Time. For SA & WA Cities allow 6 business days for delivery in addition to the order processing time. More remote locations will take longer.

Back Orders and Split Orders:
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock or on backorder we will hold your order until the entire order can be shipped in one delivery. This is to minimize the shipping costs.  If you instruct us to split an order, the shipping costs for the back order are at your cost. We will advise you if any item is on back order and if you are unhappy with the situation you can cancel your entire order or the back-order at this time. We do not process your credit card until immediately prior to processing your order.

How do I track the Shipping of my Order?
We will send you an invoice immediately prior to shipping. This is our notice to you that the goods are being shipped same day. If you have not received the goods by the times stated above at Delivery Australia  Wide  contact us and we will track it for you and advise.
